Carolyn Waldo grew up in Beaconsfield, Quebec. She took up synchronized swimming at the age of 11 and went on to win 2 Olympic Gold medals at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul Korea. She is a 6 time world champion and an Officer of the Order of Canada and has been a Sports broadcaster for 25 years.
