Wellness Workshops

Launch of Wellness Workshops

Motivate Canada is proud to announce the launch of the Wellness Workshop program in partnership with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment's Team Up Foundation. In response to the inactivity crisis and rising childhood obesity rates in Canada, the program is designed to motivate and educate under-served youth on the importance of overall wellness, while drawing on the power of young people. Through the inspiration of an ESTEEM Team athlete and mentorship from a Motivate Canada youth ambassador during a leadership workshop, this initiative will result in youth-led, healthy active living programs within schools and communities across Toronto. Learn moreabout this initiative, why it's important and how to get involved.
ACTIVATORS, Canadian youth, are taking matters into their own hands. Why? Because every young person in Canada is unique and holds within themselves the chance to be the change they want to be.LEARN MORE HERE.
