Stephanie has completed her Bachelors in Health Studies at York University and is currently in her second undergraduate degree pursuing her Bachelors of Education. She has been an active member of the York University Women's Varsity Soccer Team and the Sports Council Committee. She is currently a lifeguard and swim instructor for the City of Toronto, helping child and adults of all ages persevere in becoming the next Michael Phelps Olympic Swimmer. Stephanie also volunteers her time as an athlete speaker for FitSpirit, a non-for-profit that looks to get female youth more active.
Stephanie has played soccer since she was four years old and grew a pasion for the sport, which lead to her continuing to play the sport through high school and university; through her dedication and hard work, she found herself competing at a high level. Stephanie believes it is important to reach out through community and through youth to promote the importance of sport and physical activity that is safe, fun and inclusive.
